Beer Dip
This combination results in a dip that has a creamy texture with an unexpected tang, making it a hit at any celebration. Serve it alongside chips, vegetables, or pretzels for an irresistible appetizer!

Recipe:
16oz cream cheese, softened
8oz cheddar cheese, shredded
5-6 scallions, chopped (reserve a few slices for garnish)
1 package Ranch Salad Dressing Powder (do not use the one with buttermilk)
1/4 - 1/2 cup Beer ( I like using a darker-colored beer with a deeper flavor)
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, scallions, and ranch powder. Stir until well combined. Add the beer, one-quarter cup at a time, and stir it in until the desired consistency is reached. If you prefer to use the dip as a spread for crackers, use less beer. If you want to serve as a dip for pretzels or veggies, use more. Serve with pretzels, crackers, or assorted vegetables.
