Bourbon, Almond, and Brown Sugar Baked Brie
We love to pair it with a selection of crackers, slices of bread, or fresh fruit, making it a versatile appetizer that everyone enjoys. The aroma wafting from the oven as it bakes adds to the cozy atmosphere, and it’s always a hit. Whether it’s a casual get-together or a special occasion, baked brie is a dish that brings us together and keeps everyone coming back for more!

Recipe:
8 oz brie wheel
1/3 cup sliced or chopped almonds
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2oz bourbon
Place brie wheel in a glass baking dish (leaving rind on). Cover the top of the brie with almonds and brown sugar. Pour bourbon over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until brie is soft and bubbly. Serve with crackers/baguette, and fruit of your choice.
