Broccoli Stuffing Bake

Recipe:
2 cups milk
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded sharp cheese
4 eggs
2 1/2 cup herb-seasoned croutons
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups of frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
In a saucepan, heat and stir 2 cups of milk and 1 cup (4 ounces) of shredded sharp cheese until blended. In a mixing bowl, beat together 4 eggs. Gradually stir hot mixture into eggs. Add herb-seasoned croutons, salt and thawed chopped broccoli. Mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish to make 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6-8.
