Cauliflower and Onion Casserole

Recipe:
10 ounce package cauliflower
(2) 10 ounce package frozen onions, white in cream sauce
3/4 cup sharp cheese, shredded
1/4 cup almonds, toasted
1 teaspoon parsley
1/2 can french fried onion rings
Cut cauliflower in bite-sized pieces. Prepare creamed onions in per package. Add cauliflower, cheese, almonds, and parsley to onion and put into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Top with onion rings and bake for another 5 minutes. Serves 6
