Recipe:
Round Pumpernickel Bread
1 container Wisconsin Pride Cheddar Cheese or similar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup beer
Garlic salt to taste
Cut off the top of a round loaf of pumpernickel bread. Pull out the inside of the loaf (save for dipping). Leave the outside crust as a shell. Place the cheese into the shell.
