Crab Rangoon Ball
Crab Rangoon is a delightful appetizer that combines rich flavors and creamy textures, making it a crowd-pleaser at any gathering. Perfect for parties, crab rangoon offers a wonderful combination of savory and slightly sweet notes, making it a favorite among seafood lovers!

Recipe:
1 package (8oz) cream cheese
1 cup (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 can (6oz) lump crabmeat, drained, or 6oz imitation crabmeat, chopped
3 tablespoons minced fresh chives
24 wonton wrappers
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
cooking spray
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, optional
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, and Worcestershire Sauce until blended. Stir in crab. Shape mixture into a ball; coat with chives. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least an hour. Cut wonton wrappers in half; arrange in a single layer on ungreased baking sheets. Spray with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional sesame seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks. Serve cheese ball with wonton chips.
