Karen's Veggie Squares
Karen’s veggie squares are a favorite among her son and his friends. With a flaky crescent roll crust topped with a creamy blend of cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing mix, the vibrant medley of vegetables adds freshness and crunch, making every bite irresistible. Whether it’s for a weekend hangout or a quick snack after school, Karen’s recipe is always a hit—delicious, fun, and a perfect balance of crisp and savory.

Recipe:
2 packages of Crescent Rolls
2 packages (8 ounces) of cream cheese
3/4 cup mayonaise
1 package ranch valley dry dressing mix
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup broccoli
1 cup carrots
1 cup medium onion
Roll Crescent Rolls on sprayed cooking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese, mayonaise, and dressing mix in a seperate bowl. Spread on top of crust. Chop vegeables finely and pour over top of mixutre. Chill. Cut ito squares when ready to serve.
