Pineapple Stuffing

Pineapple stuffing is a sweet and savory side dish made by combining juicy pineapple chunks or crushed pineapple with bread cubes, butter, eggs, and sugar. Baked until golden and slightly caramelized, this dish offers a unique blend of fruity sweetness and buttery richness, making it a delightful accompaniment to ham, pork, or poultry, especially during holiday meals.

Recipe:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 20oz can crushed pineapple (not drained)
  • 5-8 slices of bread (cubed).


Cream together in a 1 1/2 QT Casserole: eggs, sugar, and butter. Add in the crushed pineapple (not drained) and the slices of cubed bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.


 Serves approximately 6 person
