Sweet-Sour Mustard Dip
A sweet and sour dip is a tangy and flavorful sauce made from a blend of sweet ingredients like sugar or honey and sour elements like vinegar or citrus juice. It's typically enhanced with garlic, soy sauce, and sometimes a hint of chili for spice. This dip is perfect for pairing with appetizers like spring rolls, chicken nuggets, or fried wontons, offering a balance of sweetness and acidity that enhances the flavors of the dish.

Recipe:
3oz. dry mustard
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
12oz. Heinz or other brand tarragon vinegar
Blend dry mustard and sugar together. Beat the 6 eggs well. Pour eggs into sugar/mustard and blend. Add vinegar. Place into double boiler and cook until thick, stirring constantly with wire whisk. Takes about 10 minutes to make and keeps for weeks in fridge!
This is great to dip pretzels in!
