Mostaccioli Salad
Mostaccioli salad is a delightful and refreshing dish that combines the hearty texture of mostaccioli pasta with vibrant, crisp vegetables. Overall, mostaccioli salad is an inviting and vibrant dish that’s perfect for warm days or as a side at gatherings. It’s a wonderful fusion of textures and tastes, leaving you feeling refreshed and satisfied.

Recipe:
1 lb. mostaccioli, cook, drain, and coat with oil
1 medium cucumber
1 medium onion
1 small jar of pimentos
parsley to taste
chopped tomatoes
Dressing:
1 1/2 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix dressing and pour over salad. Add tomatoes and parsley at serving time.
